We're located in the Whitfield States, one of the best neighborhoods in Sarasota, FL. This neighborhood is great for an early walk with your kid, or a late afternoon run by Sarasota Bay. The Sarasota Bay sunset is breathtaking!
Getting to our place is easy! It's right off Tamiani Trail (route 41). Take Whitefield Ave right off 41, and take the immediate right onto Shepherd St, drive about 100 feet and our home is located on the right side of the street. It's a beautiful neighborhood!
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $175 pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds.
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs are left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool.
• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front door, front of garage and alleys). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibel levels.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
Just so you know, we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a check-in form before they arrive.

Yes, the house is entirely yours to enjoy during your stay. There are no shared spaces with other guests.
We allow medium and large dogs. The pet fee is $240 for up to 2 dogs. Please let us know if you have more than 2 dogs. Please contact us with the breed, age and weight of your dog(s) prior to booking if you are unsure if your dog is considered medium or large.
Yes, Door Dash is available for meal delivery service to Creekside Hideout in Franklin, NC. If you'd like to skip the grocery run on arrival day, Ingles Supermarket offers online ordering. We're happy to pick up your order and bring it to the house (small service fee applies). Just message us ahead of time to set it up.
4-wheel drive is NOT required to get to Creekside Hideout.
We do not have EV chargers at the house but there are a handful of charging locations within 5-10 minutes. You may also plug-in your vehicle to an outdoor outlet at the house.

You definitely don't need 4-wheel drive to reach Creekside Hideout- any regular car can make it just fine. We've got plenty of parking for up to 3 cars and a bunch of motorcycles. There's turnaround space for a trailer. You'll find detailed parking info in your welcome guidebook once you book. Easy access, plenty of space - we've got you covered.
We take cleanliness seriously at Creekside Hideout. Between every guest, we give the entire place a top-to-bottom deep clean. Every surface gets sanitized and wiped down, bathrooms are thoroughly disinfected and scrubbed until they sparkle, and all floors are vacuumed to perfection. We wash and sanitize all linens, towels, and blankets so everything feels fresh and hotel-crisp. Your beds will be made with clean sheets, and you'll arrive to a spotless space that's ready for you to relax and unwind.
